Free tours of the Kent-Delord House Museum will be available on Saturday 3/25, 2-4 p.m.
Rich in paintings, household furnishings, plates, books, papers, and memorabilia from both the Webb and Delord families, the Kent-Delord House will have its blue parlor set with plates from the 1810s.
To walk into this historic house bequeathed to Plattsburgh’s Physicians Hospital in 1913 is to walk back through 200 years of Plattsburgh’s rich history in the War of 1812 and into its burgeoning and cosmopolitan trade culture.
Please call (518) 564-3054 to secure your reservation. Tours are free and open to the general public. The Kent-Delord House Museum is located on 17 Cumberland Avenue in Plattsburgh, NY. It is normally closed until June-October.
